Returns Policy

We take pride in our products and inspect all packages before they are shipped. In the event that something happens during shipping, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return if we are notified within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at rebecca@sea-n-green.com or call at 732-701-1166 for a return authorization number prior to returning the item. Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. If you have a return for another reason other than damage you may choose either store credit or to exchange the item as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition, including packaging, within 30 days. Please be sure to include the return authorization number, your name, phone number, email, credit card number used, reason for return and whether you would like to or receive a credit or do an exchange. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
